A brief history of the company

PROTRUST Real Estate

is a boutique advisory firm founded after an in-depth analysis of companies in the real estate sector. What sets us apart is our attention to relationships, a tailored range of services, and business integrity.

Ewa Jakubowska, the initiator and founder of PROTRUST Real Estate, began her journey in the real estate industry nearly 20 years ago in London, where she continued her education after graduating from law at the University of Warsaw.

Starting her career at a boutique private equity fund investing in real estate in the UK, Germany and Poland, Ewa entered the world of international business. Thanks to her analytical skills combined with intuition and market understanding, Ewa quickly became a key figure in the company, responsible for the Polish market and involved in fund activities across other markets.

After several years in London, Ewa decided to return to Poland permanently while continuing to coordinate the fund’s investments in her home market. Striving to improve her skills, she expanded her industry knowledge, including completing postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and obtaining a property manager’s license, as well as participating in international CCIM courses, which provided her with a deep understanding of the investment real estate sector.

Observing the market and identifying a gap in the services offered by advisory firms, Ewa decided to establish the PROTRUST Real Estate firm in 2014. Her vision was to combine international experience with precise analysis of the Polish real estate market. She wanted to create a place where professionalism meets an individual approach to clients’ needs, with trust as the foundation of every cooperation. Since its establishment, PROTRUST has been consistently growing, fulfilling the founder’s vision.
