An abridged history

PROTRUST Real Estate

is a boutique consulting firm. Thorough market analysis of consulting companies associated with the real estate sector provided the impetus for its establishment.

Ewa Jakubowska, the initiator and founder of PROTRUST has been linked with the real estate sector for 10 years. She began her association with the industry in London, where after graduating with a Master of Laws degree from The University of Warsaw, she pursued a postgraduate programme at The University of London.

It was also there that she started working for a British private equity fund with real estate investments in Poland, Germany and Turkey, amongst others.

After a number of years she was re-located to Poland in order to coordinate the fund’s subsequent investments, she continued to further her professional qualifications by obtaining the national property manager licence and attending international CCIM courses. After years of observing the way various types of companies providing advisory services operate, a business concept was coined based on values fundamental for the founder: security, trust and professionalism.
